How to Apply

Step 1: Simply download the application from our website or pick it up at City hall in the City Administrator’s Office on the 3rd floor.

Step 2: Read the application carefully and return the application, vaccination, license info and payment to the Office of the City Administrator for approval.

Step 3: If you visit in person, we will take your photo and upload into the security system.  If you submit by email or mail, we will send you a link, you take your own photo and you can upload the picture to the security system.
